Hi, they ladies did an amazing job and everyone was so friendly. They were running really late, but we didn't mind. I would say though that where we sat, there was mess from a pedicure left on the floor, and some dirty tissues, which gave a negative impression of the hygiene standards. Just some feedback which I hope contributes positively 🙂

The best nail place in Fitzrovia (and I’ve tried a lot of them!). They’re always so welcoming and friendly, and happy to help give advice if needed :)

Love my lashes done here I don’t even live in the uk. Came across this salon as a one off and now book every time I come to London as my lashes last weeks and very good price. The girls are so sweet and friendly can’t wait to go back. Thanks ladies

Nails were nice but the service lacks. Lady was constantly on her phone not focusing. Other people always speaking loudly into my ear in a different language whilst looking at my nails and debating them. They didn’t ask me questions about them directly. I only went for infills with polish and it took 90 min. Not going to come back. Also on the website it said £35 and I was charged £40.
